Stephen is the founding member and Partner of Bourtin Law, PLLC's Stamford, Connecticut and Midtown Manhattan offices. Stephen was raised in Wilton, Connecticut, went to college and graduate school in Boston, Massachusetts and served a significant portion of his career as a commercial litigator in New York City.
