In 2023, Jason became a board-certified specialist in workers' compensation. Jason is an Arizona native, born and raised in Tucson, Arizona, and is a second-generation attorney. Like his father, Richard Forcier, Jason’s love for the law comes from his desire to serve others. Before studying the law, Jason honorably served for 11 years in the U.S. Army, as a paratrooper and air traffic controller. He also served in two combat tours, one in 1998, and again in 2003.
