Paul A. Meissner was born in New York and moved to Florida with his family as a child. He is a graduate of Clearwater High School. He co-founded the Carlson & Meissner law firm with Edward Carlson in 1971. Paul and his wife Jayne have five children & thirteen grandchildren. They enjoy boating and traveling. In the past, Paul and Jayne have traveled extensively by motorcycle.

Attorney Stuart Meissner was born in 1962 in Brooklyn, New York. He earned his Bachelor’s and Juris Doctorate from Hofstra University. He went on to earn his masters of law degree from New York University Law School. He opened his own practice, Meissner Associates, twenty years ago in 2001 in Manhattan, New York. After receiving a bachelor’s degree in Political Science and International Relations from Washington & Jefferson College, Ms. Noah completed a joint degree program at the University of Pittsburgh School of Law and Graduate School of Public and International Affairs. In an effort to hold corporations responsible for prioritizing profits over workers’ health, Ms. Noah focuses her practice in asbestos litigation, products liability, and premises liability.
