Nathanael Paynter is a member of the firm’s Corporate group, focusing on business formation, mergers and acquisitions, securities as well as media and First Amendment Law.

Mr. Paynter received his J.D. from The University of Chicago Law School in 2012 where he was a Joseph E. Green Scholar and served as Executive Editor for The University of Chicago Legal Forum.
