Michael V. Kaplen is a Professorial Lecturer in Law at The George Washington University Law School where he teaches the only course in the nation devoted to traumatic brain injury law. Michael is a member of the New York State Traumatic Brain Injury Services Coordinating Council and chaired the council from 2007 to 2013 and from 2019 to 2021.
