I have spent my career representing individuals and families throughout Iowa in personal injury and employment law claims. Christopher M. Brown is a lifelong resident of the Philadelphia Area, having been born in Westbrook Park (Clifton Heights) and raised in Glen Mills. He graduated from Salesianum School in Wilmington, Delaware in 2004. In 2008, Chris earned his Bachelor’s Degree in Communication Studies from West Chester University.

Ms. Brown has participated in the legal, financial and administrative oversight of multi-million dollar conglomerates, where she has provided advice on tax, business and regulatory matters. She has served as business advisor and counsel to universities, academic medical centers, professional associations, long-term care facilities, group practices, pharmaceutical companies, and medical device manufacturers.

Chris specialises in corporate, commercial and intellectual property law and is based in our Market Harborough office. He advises on mergers and acquisitions and joint ventures, private equity and investments and regularly advises on international transactions. Chris also advises on commercial disputes including director and shareholder disputes, contractual disputes and intellectual property infringement actions.
