A Heartland native, born in Omaha, Nebraska, Kyle McGinn is the fourth generation of respected lawyers in Council Bluffs, Iowa. He has significant jury trial experience. Before graduating with Distinction from the University of Nebraska College of Law in 2014, he graduated Magna Cum Laude from Creighton University in 2009 with a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science and History. Prior to entering the practice of law, Kyle worked for a Nebraska Senator in the United States Senate.
