Attorney Kristine L. Tucker began her legal career in 2004 as a probate and estates paralegal shortly after moving to the Central Florida Area. The ability to comfort and assist people during some of their most difficult times, such as during the death or incapacity of a loved one, has always been of the utmost importance to her. In 2011, she began attended Florida Agricultural and Mechanical University, College of Law, with the hope of receiving her law degree and continuing on in the area of trusts and estates.

I became an attorney as a "second career," though it was always a first love and a goal for me. I practice strictly criminal defense because that is where my passion lies, focusing on all aspects of criminal law--trials, appeals, and habeas work. I have a strong faith that I am where I am because that is where I am supposed to be.

I am a lifelong resident of Western New York. My father was the first in his family to attend college and was a computer consultant at a time when owning computers, even in the business world, was rare. My mother was a cardiac nurse for 45 years, working at several local hospitals in the Western New York area.
