Rivera Employment Law’s principal and founder, Kevin Rivera, has over 10 years of experience in representing employers in all aspects of litigation, providing advice and counsel on employment law issues, and working as a workplace investigator.

Kevin obtained his law degree from the University of California, Berkeley, in 2006.
