Kevin Briggs is a North Carolina native who grew up in Norfolk, Virginia. He is a graduate of Old Dominion University where he dual majored in Philosophy and Political Science. After graduating from Old Dominion University, Kevin went on to study law at Regent University. During Law School he volunteered for the Legal Aid Society of Eastern Virginia, and interned for the Virginia Beach Public Defender and Newport News Commonwealth Attorney.
