K. Eric Morrow is a native of Durham, North Carolina. In 1984, he received two undergraduate degrees from Emory University. Anticipating a career in public service and after receiving the prestigious Sloan Fellowship, in 1986, he received a Master of Science degree from the State University of New York at Stony Brook in Public Policy Analysis and Management.
