Bill Lynn has been with GTH since 1979 and his approach has always been characterized by an emphasis on problem-solving. His primary areas of practice include land use and zoning, real estate, environmental law, and municipal law. He has provided land-use representation for large and small residential, commercial, industrial and mixed-use projects throughout the Puget Sound area and is experienced at litigating matters under the State Environmental Policy Act.

William C. Last, Jr. is a licensed California attorney whose practice primarily emphasizes transactions, litigation, arbitration, and mediation on behalf of companies and individuals involved in the construction industry. Mr. Last has represented developers, lenders, design professionals, general contractors, subcontractors, and suppliers in a wide range of matters relating to mechanics' liens, stop notices, construction failures, latent defects, general contract and bidding disputes, and professional liability, as well as in disputes concerning delays, acceleration, disruption, and payment. Mr. Last has drafted and reviewed numerous construction contracts.

Attorney Matt Last earned his Bachelor of Arts degree as a Criminal Justice major from the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee in 2007, where he graduated Suma Cum Laude. He earned his Juris Doctor from Valparaiso University Law School in 2010. While in Law School, he participated as an intern at the Lake County Prosecutor’s Office and Lake County Public Defender’s Office in Indiana. During the summer before his third year of Law School, Mr. Last served as an intern for the Wisconsin State Public Defender’s Office in the Trial Division.

After working for ten years at The Jellins Group, APLC, a general practice law firm, I moved to Contra Costa County and decided to start my own law practice. My primary practice area is estate planning, probate and trust administration and litigation. However, I also work in the related area of real estate and landlord-tenant law. I received my J.D. from McGeorge School of Law in 2002, graduating Dean’s Honor Roll.
