M. Katherine "Kathy" Everette was born and raised in Mt. Juliet, TN. She earned her BS with honors from David Lipscomb University, and her law degree from the Nashville School of Law. My practice is primarily focused on civil litigation. I joined Behrend and Ernsberger, P.C. as an associate attorney in 2011. I graduated magna cum laude from the University of South Florida in 2008 with two degrees: a B.A. in Political Science and a B.A. in International Relations. I also minored in Economics.
