Kelsey focuses her practice on all things bankruptcy. As part of the Bankruptcy & Financial Restructuring team, she represents a combination of Chapter 7 and Chapter 13 bankruptcy debtors, Chapter 7 trustees, and clients facing bankruptcy litigation. Kelsey has helped over 1,000 Minnesotans successfully file for Chapter 7 and Chapter 13 bankruptcy relief.
