Josh Meyeroff chairs the medical malpractice group at Morris James. He represents injured persons in medical malpractice and negligence suits in Delaware, Maryland and Pennsylvania. Josh is a seasoned litigator, who has tried numerous cases to verdict and has obtained many successful results. Prior to representing injured persons, Josh defended healthcare providers and hospitals in medical malpractice claims. Joshua joined the Young Law Group in March 2024 as an associate. He specializes in whistleblower and retaliation cases under federal and state False Claims Act (FCA) statutes, as well as the SEC and CFTC Whistleblower Programs, the IRS Whistleblower Program, and similar programs. As a litigator, Joshua is dedicated to assisting individuals harmed by powerful institutions and those who uncover and report misuse of taxpayer funds. He considers it a privilege to work towards correcting these injustices. 

Since my time in law school I have dedicated my legal career to serving, protecting and enforcing the rights of individuals harmed through the carelessness of others. I have tried cases throughout the counties of southern Illinois, before the Illinois Workers' Compensation Commission and argued successfully before the Illinois Appellate Courts.
