Jessica S. Swenson, Esq. joined Townsend, Tomaio & Newmark, L.L.C. in October 2018. Ms. Swenson received her Bachelor of Arts in Criminal Justice from Rutgers University in 2004 and her Juris Doctorate from Seton Hall University School of Law in 2007.

Jessica Russell was born and raised in Frederick, Maryland, and is now committed to providing excellent legal services to her community. In 2010, Ms. Russell interned at the Office of the Public Defender for Baltimore City's Juvenile Justice Division.
