Attorney Jae Francis Lee is a principal attorney at Francis Law Center with four immigration law offices in Naperville, Chicago, Schaumburg, and Madison. He taught U.S. History for 22 years at the University of Wisconsin since he completed his Ph.D. in History from New York University in 2000. He has written several textbook and journal articles and lectured on legal topics relating to U.S. Immigration History. Born in South Korea, raised in Argentina, I obtained my law degree from Washburn Law School in Topeka, Kansas in 1994. Since then, I have been delivering high quality, competent and personalized legal service to my clients. I am fluent in English, Spanish and Korean. My early days as an attorney was in public service as a staff attorney for legal aid offices and then as an assistant county attorney at prosecutor's offices. Since 2003, I have been in private practice with emphasis in criminal law, family law, probate litigation and estate planning.
