Mindy Ellen Wheeler is a proud Wichita native, and a graduate of Wichita East High School and Wichita State University. Before deciding to go to law school, Ms. Wheeler worked in the Wichita banking industry for nearly a decade. Thereafter, she returned to Wichita State University and received her bachelor’s degree in History and Philosophy.
