While I was not born in California, I have spent the majority of my life here in the Central Valley. Both my father and mother and their respective families are from Tulare County, and I was raised in Woodlake. After graduating from Woodlake High School, I went to College of Sequoias where I played football and was on the track team. Thereafter, I enlisted in the United States Marine Corps.
