William is an avid scotch enthusiast, and an international expert on Single Malt Scotch, having co-authored two books. He serves as the Whiskey Sommelier at the Whiskey in the Winter in St. Louis, and writes freelance about spirits for St. Louis Magazine, Chicago Tribune, in addition to other publications.
