Zanita Zacks-Gabriel has lived in Harbor Creek, Pennsylvania her entire life and has practiced law in Erie for over 40 years. She graduated from Harbor Creek High School in 1968 as Valedictorian. Mark received his bachelor’s degree in political science from Drew University in 2003, and graduated from the University of the District of Columbia – David A. Clarke School of Law in 2008. While in law school, Mark served as a student advocate in the Juvenile and Special Education Law Clinic as well as the Housing and Consumer Law Clinic where he represented indigent clients.
