Elizabeth grew up in Aiken, South Carolina, watching her father, a plaintiff’s attorney, represent good people who were taken advantage of by large corporations. Elizabeth practiced civil and criminal litigation in the State of Illinois. She currently works for Lexis Nexis as a Practice Area Consultant in their Legal & Professional Division. Elizabeth earned her Bachelor's Degree with a double major in Spanish Language and English Literature, and her Master's degree from Cornell University's Africana Studies and Research Center.
