Attorney Eric B. Barnes obtained his Bachelor's in Political Science in 1992, and his legal degree in 1995 from Brigham Young University. Mr. Barnes devotes his practice solely to estate planning and elder law, with special expertise in asset protection from the cost of long-term care and incapacity. Mr. Barnes was the 2010-2011 (and first full-term) Chair of the Elder Law Section of the Utah Bar.
