I practice probate law. That includes probate estates, small estate affidavits, Petitions to Determine Heirship, Guardian/Conservatorship estates and Trust litigation. We also prepare Durable Powers of Attorney and Trusts. I have been involved in the probate sector since I worked in the probate court starting in 1978. I worked for the Missouri Court of Appeals-Western District after that and started practicing law with my father on June 1, 1981. I now work with my son, Matthew D. Quinn and combined we have over 50 years experience in probate proceedings.
