Who is David Blaisdell? Dave was born in Indiana. As a baby he and his parents came out to California pulling a trailer. His parents heated his bottle on the hot radiator when they had to pull over to cool the engine in driving across the desert. Dave attended schools in Southern California. He graduated from the University of Georgia School of Law in 1985 where he was a member of the mock trial team. Upon graduation from law school, David began his practice in Dalton with Robert A. My commitment for over 50 years has been to concentrate on business law as lawyer, educator, author, scholar. Major commitments were teaching business law/tax at Columbia Business School, with visiting stints at Stanford and Harvard Business Schools. A substantial commitment was counsel to Delson & Gordon, NYC law firm. My main commitment currently is to complete written works in progress. I have not been seeking/accepting new business, nor have I sought to teach any courses. My current focus/product is legal publications (articles, chapters, books, posts).
