David devotes a significant part of his practice to protecting the interests of cyclists, pedestrians, motorcyclists, and other vulnerable roadway users.

Throughout this period, his interest in the law was nurtured by a side job as a trial assistant in the hormone therapy litigation, In re: Prempro Products Liability Litigation, Case No. MDL 1507. Following his work with the Prempro MDL, David attended the University of Arkansas at Little Rock William H. Bowen School of Law. Tony is a native Las Vegan. He is a graduate of Bishop Gorman High School. Tony graduated University of San Diego (USD) Undergraduate as a President of the Student Body. He then attended USD Law School.
