My third-year roommate, Bob Parrish, prevailed upon legendary criminal defense and civil rights lawyer Bill Sheppard to grant me an interview and soon I began a clerkship with the firm of Sheppard, Carithers, and Weinbaum. Tiffany Provence formed Provence Messervy, LLC after more than 10 years as an elected official, serving Dorchester County as the Probate Judge and an additional two as Associate Judge. Provence is a graduate of the University of Florida and University of South Carolina School of Law. Provence also holds dual certifications as both a Civil and Family Court mediator and is a licensed real estate broker in the state of South Carolina.
