Cases range from nursing home abuse, truck accidents, automobile accidents, products liability, medical malpractice, oil and gas litigation, and commercial litigation. He has argued cases before the Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals and the Montana Supreme Court. Philip is licensed to practice law in Montana and Alaska.
