Mr. Hesser was born in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania in 1975. He attended Penn State University where he received degrees in both Political Science and Media Studies in 1997. Mr. Hesser then attended Wake Forest University School of Law in Winston-Salem, North Carolina, where he obtained a Juris Doctorate in 2000. Mr. Hesser spent his final year of law school in Gainesville studying at the University of Florida Levin College of Law.
