Kelly H. Musleh was born at Homestead Air Force Base and raised in Vero Beach, Florida. She received her Bachelors Degree from the University of Florida in 1991 and her Law Degree from Stetson University College of Law in 1994. Kelly was an Assistant State Attorney with the Fifth Judicial Circuit from 1994 to 2000, where she tried in excess of 100 cases. Kelly has been a member of the Florida Bar since 1994 and is a member of the Academy of Florida Trial Lawyers, the Marion County Bar Association and the American Inns of Court.

Victor is a member of the Million Dollar Advocates Forum whose membership is limited to trial lawyers who have achieved verdicts or settlements or in excess of $1,000,000. In 2011, Victor was selected by Florida Trend Magazine’s Legal Elite. He has been a member of the Florida Justice Association (formerly the Academy of Florida Trial Lawyers) for 25 years and an Eagle member for over 20 years.
