Luke attended The George Washington University, School of Business in Washington D.C. Here he received his Bachelor of Business Administration in Sports Management, Hospitality and Marketing. Luke graduated Magna Cum Laude and earned a Presidential Scholarship. Luke continued his education with a move to New Orleans' Tulane University to earn his Master of Biomedical Sciences in Pharmacology. A few years later, Luke entered the University of Florida Levin College of Law in Gainesville, Florida.
