Christian Pedersen was born in Seattle and raised in Solano County. He graduated in Brigham Young University majoring in finance, and then was admitted to Arizona State’s law school and MBA program. Carl E. Reynolds III was born and raised in Orlando, Florida. As a native Floridian, he was educated in the Orange County Public School System and was among the first 4-year graduating class from Dr. Phillips High School. Mr. Reynolds earned his Bachelor’s Degree in Political Science from Brigham Young University and went on to obtain his Juris Doctorate, with Honors, from the University of Florida.
