A lifelong resident of the Syracuse area, Charles L. Falgiatano, graduated from Nazareth College of Rochester with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science and a concentration in pre-law in 1994. Mr. Falgiatano was on the Nazareth College Men's Basketball team and a member of the Pi Gamma Mu Honor Society. Following his undergraduate work, Mr. Falgiatano worked as a legislative aid to State Senator John A.
