Brian J. Zimmet received his undergraduate degree from Syracuse University in 1989 before graduating, magna cum laude, from Touro Law School in 1992. He was an editor of the Moot Court and recipient of the John S. Bainbridge award for excellence in advocacy. While in law school, he served as a law school judicial clerk for the Honorable Vincent R.
