Beau became partner in 2024 with his firm Den Herder, Hovden & Barrett. He joined the firm in 2019 as an associate. Beau has several years of experience practicing in a variety of areas including personal injury, civil litigation, real estate transactions, and debtor-creditor negotiations. Beau serves as the municipal attorney for several South Dakota towns including, Mission Hill, Lesterville, Gayville, Volin, and Wagner.
