Mark B. Pyper graduated from Brigham Young University in 1983 with a B.A. in English literature. He later went on to graduate from the University of Santa Clara’s College of Law in 1986 with a J.D. degree. During his last year of law school, Mark also attended the University of Utah College of Law where he was an intern at the United States Bankruptcy Court for the District of Utah, where he worked closely with the Hon.
