Law was a natural fit for Steve’s competitive nature. He likes to win, he likes structure and he believes in the system. His practice began in Little Rock in the early 90’s and over his 15 years there, he steadily gravitated to more and more family law. When the chance came to relocate to NW Arkansas in the fall of 2007, his wife, June, and his children Alex and Emily helped him close his private practice and he moved into our family law division, focusing exclusively on helping families in this difficult area.

A native of Asheville, Brad graduated from The Florida State University College of Law in 2005, magna cum laude, where he was a member of Law Review. Brad is currently a member of The Order of the Coif; a prestigious national society recognizing academic excellence in the legal arena.

Brad is personal injury trial attorney representing the injured in State and Federal Court. In addition to serving clients, Brad is a past President of the 28th Judicial District Bar (Buncombe County). Brad is also a member of the North Carolina Advocates for Justice (NCAJ).

Michael Zoldan is the founding attorney of The Zoldan Law Group in Phoenix, AZ. He is a graduate of the Ohio State University Fisher College of Business where he majored in Finance. He earned his Juris Doctor at Arizona State University, Sandra Day O’Connor College of Law in 2010. He devotes 80 percent of his practice to litigation in employment and business law.
