My passion for the law started out of college, where I worked at Metmor Financial as a paralegal. During my time at Metmor, I was able to gain an insight into the legal field. I moved in 1997 to Topeka, KS, where I accepted a position as a paralegal for the Kansas State Appellate Defender Office. While there, I was able to implement my love of research and writing.
