I came to Harnett County in 1987 to attend Campbell University, and it has been my home ever since. Raised just south of Fayetteville, with five years spent working in Raleigh with citizens from across North Carolina, and having worked for projects across our nation, it is a true pleasure to return home and serve my neighbors and our community. Randall Carver graduated cum laude from the University of Georgia with a bachelor’s degree in Economics in 2005 and obtained his law degree from the Cumberland School of Law at Samford University in 2008. Since then, he has concentrated his practice on consumer bankruptcy where he worked for one of Atlanta’s largest consumer bankruptcy firms managing their Rome division.
Over his career, Mr. Carver has helped thousands of clients gain control over their finances and protect their property. Mr. Carver aggressively represents his clients’ interests by pursuing unscrupulous creditors who illegally harass borrowers and violate the Fair Debt Collections Practices Act.

Andrea received her law degree from the University of Richmond School of Law, where she served on the Moot Court Board and Client Counseling and Negotiation Board and represented the University of Richmond at various competitions. Prior to joining Marks & Harrison, Andrea most recently served as Staff Counsel for GEICO defending personal injury cases. Outside of work, Andrea enjoys spending time with her husband and three children, writing, running, playing and watching sports, and exploring Virginia.

Graduated Pepperdine School of Law - 1976. Admitted to California State Bar - 1976. Commissioned as Navy Judge Advocate - 1979. Retired from Navy - 2003. Currently defending courts-martial, and various other criminal and administrative matters involving service members.
