The theme of meaningful and constructive communication informs all of my work. Throughout my career, I've been concerned with facilitating communication, whether it be one-on-one or in groups actively listening to others, collaborating with them and building consensus. Before becoming a mediator and coach, I held several high-level positions in corporate legal departments and also had my own law practice. All of my work revolved around the negotiation and drafting of agreements and required excellent problem-solving and collaborative skills. I act as my clients outside general counsel and advise them on the full range of legal issues facing their businesses. In addition, I mediate both litigated and non-litigated matters and do workplace investigations.
