As of November 2014 I will have been engaged as a full time practitioner for forty years. Over those years I have had the opportunity to represent clients in a wide variety of cases of many stripes. Plainly I have learned that giving my clients good counsel and wise advice based on reliable information is the best path to securing a result that is the best of the available outcomes.

I take DUI defense extremely seriously. With the right knowledge it is possible, and even easy, in some cases to beat DUI charges. I have won several DUI trials, including bench and jury trials. I have also won many preliminary hearings for DUI cases, which is a phenomenal result because it keeps the legal costs down and gets the person a win without having to go through the entire criminal justice system.

Steve earned a bachelor’s degree in Economics at the University of Delaware and his law degree from the Delaware Law School. After serving as a senior trial attorney with the Chester County District Attorney's Office for over 25 years, Steve now represents many individuals and businesses in all areas of litigation.
