Josh Haevernick's practice focuses on general commercial litigation matters. He has been involved in litigation in state and federal courts on a range of matters including design and construction defects, suretyship issues, professional negligence, and breach of contact.

Josh is experienced in all aspects of litigation including drafting motions and pleadings, conducting discovery, conducting depositions, and preparing for trials.

While in law school, Josh served as a judicial extern to the Honorable Marc Gross of the Los Angeles Superior Court and as the Comments & Articles Editor of the UCLA Journal of International Law and Foreign Affairs.
