Lindsey obtained her Juris Doctorate from the University of Nebraska College of Law in 2007. Prior to law school, Lindsey earned her bachelor’s degree in 2004 from the University of Nebraska Wesleyan, graduating with High Distinction on an accelerated three-year program, and played basketball and ran track. Lindsey worked in private practice in the Siouxland area before establishing Buchheit Law, PLC in 2013.
