Jennifer R. Williams graduated from the University of Arkansas-Little Rock, Bowen School of Law in 2011, achieving honors. Prior to beginning her legal career, Jennifer served four years as a deputy court clerk for the Hon. William J. Clarkson, associate circuit judge, Butler County, Missouri. As a probate court clerk, Jennifer gained valuable insight into the processing of probate claims and served as a Probate Faculty Member for the Missouri Court Clerk College in 2007 and 2008. In this capacity, Jennifer instructed probate court clerks from around the state.

Jennifer is the founder and owner of the Flinn Law Firm, P.A. located in downtown Little Rock, Arkansas. She is also an Adjunct Professor at the University of Arkansas at Little Rock Bowen School of Law, where she teaches a course in Education Law. Prior to starting her own practice, Jennifer served as a policy advisor to Governor Mike Beebe, specializing in education and health care policy.
