Born in Mexico City, Attorney Cesar Tavares grew up in northern Utah and joined Arnold & Itkin LLP in 2014. Cesar served his church as a volunteer missionary for two years and then went on to earn degrees at Utah Valley State College, Brigham Young University, and Harvard Law School. He graduated from all three institutions with honors.
