A native Texan, Ms. Schroeder graduated from Rhodes College in Memphis, Tennessee with her degree in Biochemistry and Molecular Biology. Upon returning to her home state, she received a masters in Molecular and Cell Biology from the University of Texas at Dallas prior to attending the University of Houston Law Center where she was an editor of the Houston Journal of Health Law & Policy.
