I have over thirty years of experience in creditor's rights law, judgment enforcement and in credit management. I am co-Chair of the Creditor’s Rights Law Committee of the Suffolk County (NY) Bar Association; serve as Vice President of The New York State Creditor's Bar Association, the leading creditor’s rights attorney bar association in New York State. In addition, I am a member of the Commercial Law League of America, Creditor's Rights Section Executive Council.
