Taylor joins The Advocates with a focus on Mass Torts. Taylor graduated in May 2015 from Utah State University with a B.A. in History. He later went on to graduate from Creighton University School of Law in May 2019 with a certificate in Litigation. While in law school, Taylor competed on the Creighton Law School National Trial Team, National Moot Court Team, and was named to the National Order of the Barristers. He was awarded the Lyle E. I am certified by the Florida Bar in Construction Law, Business Litigation Law and Civil Trial Law and my practice is primarily in these areas of the law. I also am certified by the Florida Supreme Court as a Circuit Court Mediator. I am author of Chapter One "Introduction" and Chapter Eleven "Delays" of the Florida Bar's Continuing Legal Education manual FLORIDA CONSTRUCTION LAW AND PRACTICE (9th Edition- 2021) and have been a presenter at numerous construction law seminars.
