Jim Tobia began practicing law in Delaware in 1998, focusing on corporate and commercial litigation with Richards, Layton & Finger, P.A. and later focusing on corporate litigation with Potter, Anderson & Corroon, LLP, two of Delaware's oldest firms and worldwide leaders in corporate governance and litigation.
