Tate Meagher has lived his entire life in the great Bluegrass state. He was born and raised in Louisville, Kentucky, graduating from St. Xavier High School where he was captain of the basketball team. After receiving his undergraduate degree from the University of Kentucky he then graduated cum laude from Northern Kentucky University Salmon P. Chase College of Law.

I have been practicing law since 1980 and as a sole practioner since 1981. My focus has been on Estate Planning, Probate, Elder Law and related litigation and appeals since the 1990's. My primary experience is with the various courts in San Diego county but have also appeared in the Los Angeles county and Orange county courts, as well.
